The Riverstone Hat and Scarf Set is a circular granny square design. Hat is made by combining 4 granny squares and one circle granny for the crown of the hat. This design is simple and elegant showcasing the beautiful stone in the centre of each square.
One of my favourite yarns to work with is Sugar Bush yarns canoe. I love unique bulky weight yarns that are perfect for our cold Canadian winters! The tweed flecks throughout this yarn really make it stand out. I've had this set patiently waiting to be released! With Fall not too far away I thought it would be the perfect time for you to get working on those cozy projects. I'm really motivated to provide with you as many videos as possible to go along with my patterns. I worked up a quick video to make the Riverstone Granny Square plus how to assemble the hat. You can get a free coupon code to access the pattern HERE with your pattern purchase.
I tend to go for a more casual style toque for running errands in the cool months. But every now and then I get out for a nice dinner or event. It's nice to have a set that feels a little more elegant and sophisticated. This hat also doesn't mess too much with the hair which is a bonus.
Overall I feel great in this set. There's nothing like having accessories that make you feel and look good. If you love this yarn you can purchase the kit HERE. You have the choice to combine all your favourite colours. For just the pattern use coupon code RIVER20 to save 20% off for the month of July 2018 on RAVELRY. Pattern is also in our ETSY shop.
Our Newest design is the In Bloom Lace Pullover. This pattern comes in size Small-3XL and includes a video tutorial. The stitch pattern reminds me of a trellis with tiny blooming flowers. The sleeves are loose and sit just below or at the elbow. The entire pattern is worked in one piece then seamed making it a simple and quick garment design.
A small size pullover uses 2 hanks or approximately 580 yards making this an affordable design. You can purchase a kit or yarn in MJ's shop.
My testers did an amazing job with this pattern. They all used different yarns and they all turned out stunning! Rachel Clayton styled her pullover perfectly! I totally need this in grey now! Rachel used Loops and Threads Joy DK in the colour “cloud”.
Kandus Williams made the 2XL size in Black. It looks amazing!
Ana at Sollie Stitches made her pullover in Baby Bee Sweet Delight in Easter Lily. The blend of this yarn is 60% Acrylic and 40% Polyamide. It's so pretty!
This amazing pullover was made by Kayla Gonzales in Mandala!
For the rest of June and July take 20% off 3 of my Lace stitch patterns! (no coupon required). The Lacy Spring Cardigan and Endless Lace Crochet socks are included in the sale!

The design is simplistic, modern and classy. An enjoyable design for a seasoned or beginner crocheter. Personalize your garments with a custom designed tag by Brickbubble
It's time to put away those big heavy projects and grab for light weight yarns and cotton blends! Spring always has me thinking of beautiful shawls, kimonos and cardigans. I've had these beautiful hanks in wheat just calling me to make a light weight lace cardigan for Spring.
This is an easy Lace Stitch and works up surprisingly quick! This design is so simple to create with limited shaping. The Cardigan is worked in 2 pieces beginning at the sleeve cuff. You will create basically 2 large rectangles with sleeves.
Once each piece is complete seaming is easy peasy! Seam the back then the sides to sleeve cuff.
This piece is oversized and cozy so whatever the weather its versatile and totally wearable.
